Hello – today’s tip comes from the writer and ghostwriter, Kate Adams:
My tip is to not write and eat at the same time. Our stomachs are like a second brain in the body and intimately linked with our head brains. While you eat your energy goes to your stomach for digestion purposes and so leaves your brain temporarily bereft of, well, very much at all, including creativity or productivity. And a lunchtime walk also does wonders for waking up your mind.
