So you’ve got a great idea that really sets you alight and you’ve written and edited and then edited some more. Now what?
Well you’ve got to get your pitch right of course. In fact even if you’ve just started to write you need to know what you’ll be pitching in order to have focus in your writing. It’s doesn’t have to be set in stone but it helps to practise it and try it out.
Juliet Mushens, literary agent at the Agency Group gave some great advice on pitching at London Writers’ Club Live last night. We asked the audience to do some live pitching and got Juliet’s immediate response to the ideas.
Come along to the next live event and try your pitch out? Details here.
Or join the club and get access to the free members writers surgery via skype.
